Felicity was great honestly. We had a ton of questions and weren't even 100% sure we wanted to sell yet. She never made us feel pressured and just gave us the information we needed. When we finally decided to move forward everything happened pretty much how she said it would.

Our house needed A LOT of work. I really didn't want to put more money into it or spend months fixing everything. Arq explained the numbers to me, we agreed on a price and that was basically it. No repairs, no cleaning out the house, they took care of it.

Not gonna lie, I was a little frustrated when we had to go back over the numbers after they saw the property. There were repairs nobody knew about in the beginning. Christian called me, explained exactly what changed and why. We talked it through and ended up finding a number that worked for both of us. Closed without any other issues.

Eduardo was super patient with my family. There were 3 of us involved in the sale and everybody had a different opinion lol. He answered everyone's questions, sometimes more than once, and never rushed us. Once everyone finally agreed the rest moved pretty fast.

Indira was seriously a lifesaver during closing. Title found an old issue on the property and then they needed more paperwork from the county. I had no idea what half of it meant. She kept calling title, kept me updated and told me exactly what I needed to send. Took a little longer than expected but we got it cleared and closed.

I've dealt with investors before and usually once something goes wrong you stop hearing from them. Luis was the opposite. We had an issue with the payoff and our closing had to get pushed back. He called me himself, explained what was happening and his team stayed on it until everything got worked out. I appreciated that.
